A deposit of €100.00 secures your coverage, however the balance of your chosen wedding/blessing package must be paid at least two weeks before the event.

The standard coverage starts with the main arrivals before the ceremony followed by photographs of the couple and guests afterwards. On arriving at the reception a mock cake cutting is set up plus a few extra photographs. Extended coverage by prior arrangement.

Cancellation.

A full unconditional refund policy exists for a period of 14 days from the receipt of the contract and payment. After that date, booking fee refunds are at the discretion of Mike Perryman Photography. Cancellation charges will be as follows: (Number of days before the event).

60 days or less – 100%
61-90 days – 75%
91-120 days – 50%

Should the cancelled event turn out to be a postponement, then, at the discretion of Mike Perryman Photography and subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to the new event date. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at the time.

Copyright

The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Mike Perryman Photography and copies of them must not be made by any means including video. Original files remain the property of the photographer. Mike Perryman Photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified.

Mike Perryman Photography reserves the right to display any of the photographs taken and use them for promotional, competition, internet and exhibition purposes unless agreed to the contrary in writing.

Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure; i.e., during exposure or processing, the liability of Mike Perryman Photography shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This contact information; i.e., name, address, telephone number and email address is stored on our contact database. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
